VoIP Platform SMS service failure

27/04/2016: we received complaints from customers that outgong sms's sent via klantentool are not always delivered. Contacting our supplier.

28/04/2016 17h: supplier changed routing towards SMS gateway: all ok!

VoIP Platform Voxbone: BE PoP rerouted to DE PoP

25042016 18:43: Voxbone informed us: due to an outage we have to redirect your traffic from our BE PoP to our DE PoP. This change should have no impact on the delivery and quality of your calls. Once Voxbone has validated the BE PoP is successfully delivering calls to our monitoring and validation platform, we will reroute traffic back through the this PoP and normal service will then be restored.

We notice however an impact on call setup time for 0800 numbers organised by Voxbone.

25042016 22:12 We have now resolved our BE POP outage and traffic should be back to normal. However we still have 7-10 seconds setup time form Px to at least 2 0800 numbers... futher escalating with this Voxbone!

26042016: setup time is reduced to the normal amount of 2-3 seconds.
