There will be a downtime of: up to 8 hours, due to fiber works: Internet connection in Greenbrigde will be down during this period.

25042016 18:43: Voxbone informed us: due to an outage we have to redirect your traffic from our BE PoP to our DE PoP. This change should have no impact on the delivery and quality of your calls. Once Voxbone has validated the BE PoP is successfully delivering calls to our monitoring and validation platform, we will reroute traffic back through the this PoP and normal service will then be restored.

We notice however an impact on call setup time for 0800 numbers organised by Voxbone.

25042016 22:12 We have now resolved our BE POP outage and traffic should be back to normal. However we still have 7-10 seconds setup time form Px to at least 2 0800 numbers... futher escalating with this Voxbone!

26042016: setup time is reduced to the normal amount of 2-3 seconds.

Weepee is planning to carry out an network intervention during the following time window:

Start Date & Time : 23/apr/2015 - 22h00 End Date & Time : 24/apr/2016 - 06h30

Planned activities : Shift from COLT (10 Gbps) fibers that are in Amsterdam due to the upcoming local construction work. The works and dates have been approved by the local civil authorities, and if COLT does not move their cables, they will be damaged. During this work, technicians will cut and re-splice the cables in the alternate route.

This maintenance is likely to be completed in 8 hours and the service will be interrupted during the shift. We do however quote 8 hours and 30 minutes as maintenance window to cover all eventualities.
